Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Information and Documentation Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety information and documentation is managed and disseminated effectively to uphold safety compliance and project standards. You will support various safety initiatives, maintain records, and compile detailed safety reports to facilitate a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate timely responses to safety-related Requests for Information (RFIs), including critical safety elements like rigging plans. Manage and maintain safety documentation, including accident reports, safety metrics, and compliance records. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and incident-specific safety reports, highlighting on-site safety conditions and any incidents. Coordinate and document safety meetings, ensuring key actions and decisions are clearly recorded. Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety records are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for both internal and client use.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety documentation or administrative roles within construction or industrial settings. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in document management software. Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
