Account Manager – IT Staffing ITR Group is a Minnesota market leader for over 27 years in providing IT Staffing Services to the Twin Cities and surrounding areas along with other locations in the USA. We are growing and we have an exciting opening for you to come join the team. In this highly rewarding position, you will work with existing customers that have ITR Group billable contract consultants direct hire contracts, as well as new client prospects. What you'll do: As an Account Manager, we call it Business Development Manager you will be meeting with established clients and new potential clients to sell the staffing services we offer which is contract, contract to hire and direct hire resources. This role is a combination of account management and new business prospecting. A percentage of your time will be spent on new client business development, but you will also be provided with existing established clients, warm client leads, and existing contacts and contracts. In this position, you will work with a highly experienced Recruiting Team to deliver outstanding candidates to clients. The ITR Group Recruiting Team is highly motivated and has extensive IT recruiting experience, and they maintain a great partnership with the sales team. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in the staffing field (any industry), in an outside selling role. Experience in making phone calls, sending emails, using social media, networking events, and other touch points to generate client meetings and relationships either virtually or in person is needed. Experience selling to various levels of client management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with drive to succeed. Interest in technology and confidence in speaking to leaders of small to large-scale IT organizations. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Prior IT staffing experience is preferred but not required. Compensation/Benefits: This role comes with a generous compensation package to include a base salary uncapped commissions and benefits, flexibility, and a great culture. The salary depends on prior experience, and we offer an outstanding overall package. While this is a 100% work from home position, it does require meeting at times with companies, contacts, and team members in MN for client meetings, events, and team building activities.
