Transportation Carrier Specialist

Shifts:

2 HC- Sunday-Wednesday 8am-6:30pm *1 WFH day

2 HC - Wednesday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm *1 WFH day

1 HC - Monday-Friday 9-5pm *2 WFH days

**This will change beginning January 2nd 2025 when all employees are expected to be in office all schedule shift days.

Pay: $21.00

Start Date: 10/28/2024

Contract to Hire (3 month)

Key job responsibilities:

Collaborating on the development and delivery of key programs metrics reports analyses and dashboards to drive key business decisions across customer-facing programs. Identifying and resolving carrier escalations for Transportation Services ATS network carrier base Partnering with teams to identify and drive process improvements that improve service iterate technology and enhance carrier performance engagement and growth. Pulling data from numerous databases using Excel Access SQL and/or other data management systems.

Key job responsibilities:

Collaborating on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across customer-facing programs.

Identifying and resolving carrier escalations for Transportation Services (ATS) network carrier base

Partnering with teams to identify and drive process improvements that improve service, iterate technology and enhance carrier performance engagement and growth.

Pulling data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems)

Working in SIM queue, driver/carrier escalations

Slack communication for internal, email communication to carriers

Day to day working through SIMs

KPIs: SIM ticket resolve, performance, parking/routing, carrier communication

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years experience in ticketing, transportation, customer service or related field

Entry level Excel, Microsoft office, basic computer skills

Flexibility in schedule preferred

No phone work

Preferred:

1. 1-3 years of experience in ticketing, transportation, customer service

2. Entry Level Excel

3. Problem Solve and communicate effectively
