Our client, a prestigious investment firm, is seeking an Loan Operations Associate to join their team in their New York City office. Ideally seeking individuals that can work in Manhattan 4 days/week with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Processing all loan portfolio activity.
• Reconciliation of cash and positions across multiple funds.
• Monitoring and processing amendments and reorganizations.
• Management and oversight of loan portfolios, including supporting the front office with reporting.
• Providing close packets to the accounting team, including all trade activity and accruals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 2+ years of experience in loan operations for a buyside fund.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans market, preferred.
• Knowledge of Total Return Swaps and fixed income settlements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
