Position DetailsWELLNESS COORDINATOR - FLINT, MICHIGANBI-LINGUAL, FLUENT IN SPANISH - REQUIREDDo you have a minimum of bachelor's degree in social work or comparable human service field preferred? We are seeking a compassionate, WELLNESS COORDINATOR in the FLINT AREA to provide a range of interventions to children, adults, and families, using acceptable treatment methodologies consistent with the established practice models. Provide advocacy and professional consultation with the referring organization, schools, court, and other social service agencies as needed.Complete client follow up at intervals as outlined.Complete and maintain all reports, statistics and assignments as required.
