Working supervisor who is responsible for providing training, direction, staff assignments and leadership to the Ticketing & Sales Office team. The operation is a fast-paced in-person, online and call center customer service environment. 1-3 years customer service and supervisory experience and knowledgeable about Chautauqua Institution preferred. The Ticketing & Sales Office is responsible for assisting guests with planning their Chautauqua experience including informing guests of available services, providing price information for a variety of products, cash management, program registration and order processing. Seasonal employment (pre-summer season and summer season).Minimum Salary: 16.50 Maximum Salary: 18.50 Salary Unit: Hourly
