We are seeking a Product Manager who is a results-driven leader with a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. They are well-versed in communicating with customers, vendors, and various levels of leadership. They will coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, initiate, and deploy strategic product development. This is a **hybrid** role based in our Janesville, WI Plant.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The Product Manager will perform the following duties to support the team's goals and other assigned duties:
+ Conduct market research by gathering information about consumer's needs and preferences, across various segments.
+ Develop product roadmaps and marketing strategies, that fit the needs within each region.
+ Lead product strategy from the innovation stage through project execution, and finally to market launch.
+ Develop growth strategy and present to Leadership team.
+ Help coordinate the development of sales and marketing materials, providing the ANGI sales team a competitive advantage in selling our products.
+ Define and document standard product line-up.
+ Work with internal teams (Engineering, IT, Sales, and Manufacturing) to ensure accurate costing and pricing generation for quoting, sales order entry, and BOM release to manufacturing.
+ Assess competitors' products and pricing.
+ Assess product reliability and customer satisfaction.
+ Implement product lifecycle process for assigned product lines.
+ Develop spares/AMO strategy for assigned product lines.
+ Build pricing strategy for assigned products, spares, and service.
+ Contribute to innovation from Customer feedback to provide ANGI a competitive advantage.
+ Monitor product line gross margin.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Product Management.
+ Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.
+ Experience in the compressed natural gas (CNG) and / or renewable natural gas (RNG) market is a MUST.
+ Must have excellent communication skills and can handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
+ Willingness to drive accountability across project teams and functional team members for performance to schedule and budget.
+ Must be a courageous problem solver who is comfortable going against the grain and speaking up when needed.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
+ 5-7 years of experience in related field required.
