The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, other marketing team members, and stores to ensure that campaigns, events, and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is organized and creative, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of projects. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, hands-on team player who interacts well with others, has strong communication, writing, and project management skills, as well as a strong eye for good design.
* Working alongside the Marketing Director, support integrative marketing campaigns for our automotive dealerships.
* Collaborate with dealerships, internal teams, and partners to identify traditional and digital media, community events, sales offers, and other marketing opportunities and promotions for our stores and community.
* Analyze market data to understand and identify consumer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
* Coordinate marketing campaign project plans from start to finish, including post-campaign analysis.
* Assist in copywriting and producing content for email marketing, social media, websites, and related marketing activations.
* Liaison with marketing vendors, dealership staff, and internal teams to execute marketing plans.
* Document procedures, processes, and workflows and recommend changes for greater efficiencies.
* Traffic store client requests to the appropriate internal marketing team member through project management tools
* Assist with calendar scheduling and project timeline management
* Aid in multiple projects across varying phases of production and overlapping deadlines.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required
* 2+ years of marketing or relevant experience is required
* Able to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Professional, courteous communication and interpersonal skills required
* Exceptional organization and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel to stores in assigned market, as needed.
