We are currently seeking to add an energetic and ambitious Recruiter to our team! We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our growing number of customers and employees. Recruiters are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process from start to finish as well as forging and managing strong relationships with applicants and business leaders to drive growth. Responsibilities/Duties: Recruiting
- Sourcing and reaching out to candidates through multiple sources (job boards, networking, inbound applications)
- Phone screening and interviewing applicants to assess a match to our openings
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to set up and schedule interviews
- Providing transparency to candidates regarding pay, benefits, job duties etc.
- Extending and negotiating offers

RequirementsQualifications:
- 2 + years of experience as a High-Volume Recruiter.
