Performs assigned duties in the Customer Service area. Answering communications from customers, including phone calls, and puts information into Customer files. Direct certain electronic information or written correspondence from Customers. Acts as the contact person between the customer and the company for customer orders. Nature of Duties: Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision. Documents the correspondence from customers and relays that information to production manager, shipping staff and other management staff as needed. Prepares process and status reports, assigns and monitors document numbers, and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensures documents are directed to the proper Customer Service Representative, for that customer. Performs related duties as assigned. Handles customer issues and directs to the appropriate Program Manager, Engineering or Quality departments.
