QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree Required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Aviation Experience Required (Licensed Dispatcher or Private Pilot preferred)
- Part 135 experience strongly preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills Required
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of FARs for crew duty day requirements
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office skills (including Word and Excel) and ability to learn new programs quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Flight Operations leadership by developing and coordinating procedures across various channels including:
- Crew Hotel Bookings
- Flight Line Briefings
- Chief Pilot Updates
- Perform full Risk Assessment and review of technical feasibility
- Checks performance to advise on limitations and suggest alternatives if applicable
- Checks NOTAMs
- Checks availability of FBO/Handling services
- Checks Customs availability
- Check for Permit/Slot/PPR requirements
- Assess initial fleet availability
- Airport Ops Hours
- PCN vs CAN (runway and ramp weight baring capacity)
- Review Crew Document requirements (visa, passport, etc.)
- Perform initial 10 in 24 check & advise on duty limitations
- Communicate flight limitations and suggest alternatives
- Respond to Sales and Clients' inquiries regarding Weather, Performance, etc.
