Seasonal Part Time - Assisted Sales TP LinkLocation IL - TINLEY PARKActionLink is hiring Seasonal Assisted Sales Representativeswho will be responsible for all aspects of client training, salessupport, and special events in their assigned retailer store fronts. The Assisted SalesRepresentatives are also responsible for incremental Month over Month and Year over Year store level salesgrowth for their assigned retailers.*What you will do: **Weekend Warrior: * 6 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays or 4 hour shifts on Friday evenings, Saturdays and SundaysThis is a seasonal program running through January 5, 2025, with possibility of being extended into next year.Provide Sales SupportIdentify sales opportunities at store level (ads, inventory, traffic awareness)Schedule and conduct in-store sales eventsMonitor inventory levels and communicate with manufacturer and retailer appropriatelyTrain all department personnel through ongoing sales floor and classroom sessionsProduct knowledge, hardware and solution overview, features and benefits, new product orientationsEvaluate store staff demonstration capabilityConduct sales skills assessment and provide coaching, if applicableComplete reports same day as store visitWhat we offer:$18.00-$19.00 per hour plus Spiff incentivesPaid training to prepare you for success!Position Qualifications:Minimum requirement of a High School diploma with a 2+ yr. college degree preferredMinimum of six months training or sales retail experienceThorough knowledge about all selected retailer requirementsAbility to make presentations to large groups (over 5 attendees)Awareness of retail sales incentive programs is desirablePrior experience working on a similar structured program is preferred but not requiredMust be willing to travel within assigned market on a regular basis and have reliable transportationAble to work flexible hoursPhysical Requirements:Travel locally by vehicle to assigned store location(s)Tech ready - use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.Mobile and able to sit and/or stand for 4-6 hours and lift up to 30lbs.
