The recruiters will be responsible for discovering potential candidates, fostering relationships, conducting interviews, and, ultimately, facilitating the hiring process. Responsibilities: + Understand the needs and roles required by our clients to ensure an appropriate match of skills. + Source, recruit, screen and interview candidates for various roles within the organization. + Use a variety of methods to attract candidates, including job postings, LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events. + Build and maintain relationships with both potential candidates and clients. + Stay updated about current job market trends and status. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. + Proven work experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully identifying and securing top-tier candidates. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Proficiency in various sourcing platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). + Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
