A Day In The Life

No two days are the same at Hubbell! You will be the maestro, orchestrating a variety of initiatives:

+ Collaborate with Directors across divisions to sculpt HR policies that not only meet corporate standards but also address unique divisional needs.

+ Be the voice of clarity as you communicate HR policies and practices to managers and employees, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

+ Lead the charge in developing staffing and succession plans, spearhead recruiting efforts, and manage organizational changes with finesse.

+ Identify and champion training and development programs, connecting the right opportunities with the right talent.

+ Foster a positive work environment and build strong community and business relationships that reflect our company values.

+ Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing trends in employment legislation and compensation, preparing our team for future opportunities and challenges.

+ Ensure fairness and consistency as you handle investigations and resolve employee grievances, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

What will help you thrive in this role?

+ A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

+ Bring 6-10 years of progressive HR experience to lead our team with wisdom and insight.

+ Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CEBS are a plus.

+ Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.

+ Your leadership skills will be key in steering the HR operations and mentoring your team.

+ Exceptional time management and prioritization skills will help you juggle the dynamic demands of this role.

+ Your strong interpersonal skills will be essential in nurturing employee relations and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
