- Efficiently perform repairs on tools, ensuring high quality and timely service.
- Contribute to cost control and process improvement to enhance the company's financial success.
- Maintain technical proficiency through continuous learning and application of repair manuals and schematics.
- Utilize hand scanners for tool diagnostics, spare parts picking, and repair completion.
- Conduct functional and safety tests post-repair to ensure customer safety.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain adequate parts stock levels.
- Support senior technicians and maintain communication with customers and sales personnel.
- Participate in summits and provide feedback for quality and safety improvements.
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Work Environment and Safety
- Work in a workshop environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust.
- Use required safety equipment, including steel toe boots and safety glasses.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.
- Perform repetitive reaching, bending, and climbing tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs.
- Proficiency with Windows applications preferred.
