ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
* Assist Personal Trust Administrators
* Process receipts and distributions as instructed
* Opening and closing accounts on the trust accounting system
* Assist with maintenance of accounts on the trust accounting system
* Prepare client review reports
* Scan trust information to electronic archive
* Assist with client phone calls
* Assist customers while Trust Administrators are out or unavailable
* Foster positive customer/client relations
* Responsible for electronic document retention and filing
* Assist with special projects
* Primary initial point of contact for customers, in person and over phone
* Other job related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Good client communications skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
* Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask with accuracy
* Must be detail-oriented, accurate, dependable and a self-starter
* Ability to use independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
* Good analytical skills
* Basic working knowledge of investments and banking is helpful
* Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds
