We believe in partnering with others who share these values and understand their importance.Job DescriptionDavid Yurman Summer 2025 Internship The David Yurman Internship Program in New York City is a paid 10-week immersive experience designed for students and emerging professionals passionate about the luxury jewelry industry. This exclusive program offers interns the opportunity to work closely with expert teams across various departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience in crafting exquisite jewelry, understanding the intricacies of luxury branding, and learning the operational aspects of a world-renowned brand. Set in the heart of NYC, interns will also have access to networking events, mentorship, and industry insights that foster professional growth in the competitive luxury market.Program DatesJune 2nd, 2025- August 8th, 2025TitleEvents & Experiential Marketing InternReporting IntoManager, Events & Experiential Marketing InternEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the events and experiential marketing team.
  • Responsible for event logistics and execution for events including researching vendors, requesting invitations, securing and booking catering, experiential elements, music, dcor, staffing, gifts, etc.
  • Monitor and manage invitation process for all retail and wholesale events through Creative Request Forms (CRFs) to ensure timely delivery and accurate copy/details.
  • Maintain and build vendor contact sheets. Research vendors for every market and ensure they meet brand standards.
  • Assist with event logistics and execution elements for Market Weeks including researching restaurants and offsite activities, organizing office hospitality arrangements, catering, menus, staffing, invitations, dcor, gifts, etc.
  • Work with legal team on all commercial co-venture and talent appearance agreements ahead of retail events.
  • Process and file all invoices & reconcile expenses for all retail and wholesale events and markets, and code to budget.
  • On-site support for retail, wholesale and branding events.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
EducationMust be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field (Event Management, Hospitality Management, Communications) with a 3.0 overall GPA minimumWork locationNew York, NY (hybrid)The Company Offers Its Interns Competitive Compensation and Perks
