We are currently seeking a Telerehab Proctor with a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.Job Summary:As a Telerehab Proctor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating telehealth therapy sessions for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will work closely with licensed therapists to ensure that residents receive optimal care through virtual rehabilitation services. Your expertise as a Certified Nursing Assistant will allow you to provide essential support during therapy sessions while maintaining a compassionate, high quality and patient-centered approach.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist licensed therapists in conducting telehealth therapy sessions, ensuring that all equipment and technology is set up and functioning properly.2. Monitor residents during therapy sessions, providing encouragement and assistance as needed to ensure participation and engagement.3. Maintain a daily/weekly visit log and report to the supervising therapist/DOR.4. Educate residents and their families about the telehealth process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.5. Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized care plans that align with each resident's therapeutic goals.6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.7. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures in accordance with facility policies and regulations.8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with telehealth practices and rehabilitation techniques.Qualifications:1. Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in PA2. Previous experience working in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation settings preferred.3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.4. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.6.
