- Leads day-to-day operations of accounts payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment management, and ensuring timely execution.
- Identifies and implements process improvements, including automation in Coupa and SAP, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyzes AP data to provide financial insights, and collaborates across departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Manages vendor relationships, enforces compliance with internal controls and regulations, and provides leadership through training, coaching, and performance management.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or business
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Global company experience with cross functional leadership
- Excellent communication skills
