Job DetailsJob Location Nashville TN - Nashville, TN DescriptionPosition Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance to the Nashville corporate office and Human Resources teams. Handling basic applicant and associate inquiries both in person and via phone while maintaining a friendly phone voice and happily greeting new hires and current associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Greet visitors and answer phone calls and connecting them with the appropriate person. •Perform onboarding tasks for new associates including pre-employment screenings, data entry, I-9s, and E-Verify processes for assigned cities. •Assist leadership in the field with onboarding questions and updates. •Distributes mail timely to the appropriate departments. •Distributes voicemails left in the general mailbox to the appropriate department/manager. •Monitors the general info email account and responds or forwards correspondences to the appropriate department/manager. •Assist Recruiter and HR Manager with large group or open hiring events as needed. •General administrative duties to include package handling and mailing, mail distribution, faxing, copying, etc. •Ensure reception and public areas are kept clean and presentable •Assists VP of Human Resources in the planning of office gatherings and sending flowers or correspondences to PMC employees and/or their families. •Other administrative duties as assigned and may perform duties to back up recruiter and the Nashville corporate office. •All other duties as assigned. Requirements and Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 year minimum previous experience in administrative role. Related customer service/hospitality/human resources/recruiting experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Valid in-state drivers license with a clean driving record - Ability to pass PMCs background check and drug screening requirements
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
