Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Concierge at Dana Goldberg MD in Jupiter, FL. The Patient Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, managing reservations, handling communication, performing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Concierge Services and Reservations skills
• Strong Communication and Receptionist Duties abilities
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Experience in a healthcare or cosmetic surgery setting is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in customer service is a plus
