Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

· Provide hands-on therapy techniques and exercises to facilitate recovery

· Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

· Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation processes

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

· Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment, treating every patient with respect

· Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills

Skills & Requirements

· Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) in Florida

· Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, but will accept new graduates

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff

· Commitment to providing compassionate, results-oriented care

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
