Job Position: Client PartnerLocation: Lawrenceville, GAThe Client Partner serves as the primary owner of thoughtfully assigned accounts, with full accountability for all required deliverables contained within each Compliance Partner Program (CPP) agreement. The Client Partner must understand, document and communicate their clients' business and technical requirements to HB NEXT team members in order to deliver impeccable service through Consulting, Software, and Administrative Support. It is essential that the Client Partner possess superior communication and relationship-building skills, along with an aptitude for understanding technical processes and data management.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple clients, with responsibility for managing the operational requirements of their CPP.Ensure monthly transactional services are provided to the client and reported out to the buyer as well as maintain KPI's and deliverables timely.Work effectively with your Implementation Consultant and Strategic Account Administrator team while maintaining keen awareness of each client's “big picture” as it pertains to Safety & Fleet Compliance/Safety.Work hands-on with program-related data, the Client's operations team, and HB NEXT's consulting team to ensure successful SaaS launch and retention of each CPP.Build a deep understanding of our Consulting, Training, & Software solutions in order to drive CPP Client initiatives forward.Take ownership of the scopes contained within each CPP proposal and go “above and beyond” to ensure each client is maximizing their service offering.Desired Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Account Management, including responsibility for client relationships. Software or tech experience preferred.Experience in a detail-oriented, tactical position involving relationship building.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting priorities.Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and meet deadlines.Must be able to craft creative solutions when faced with any limitations on resources.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high level of comfort leading meetings, frequent conference calls, and unscheduled client calls.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with excellent follow-up.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Ability to learn and become proficient in new software sequenceXT, SafetyCloud.Benefits:Competitive base salary and commission structure.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and training.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
