Master's degree preferred.•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food industry or related field.•Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management, coaching, and performance management.•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders.•Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.•Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
