- The role is a part of the Inflight Attendance team within the Inflight group.

- Develop the absenteeism tracking system and perform analysis to identify pattern absenteeism
- Complete attendance data analysis and provide recommendations on changes and areas of opportunity
- Follow-up as needed with managers on targeted completion of recommended actions
- Assist with attendance process automation and improvement
- Support Flight Attendant attendance initiatives
- Enhance lost time reporting and tracking
- Perform ad hoc audits and reporting as needed
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - Prior experience in an Inflight-related or Operations environment
Skills, Licenses & Certifications - Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Strong analytical background involving data input, manipulation, and presentation
- Ability to drive results
- Ability to deliver high quality work on time
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels in the organization
