- Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; repairs; security; heating and ventilation as determined by the Board.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fire/safety laws and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of job to include, but not limited to, lifting 50 pounds and shoveling snow for 30 continuous minutes.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Requires a valid Driver's License.
- Required criminal history background check, proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status, pre-employment physical and drug test.
