Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, no weekends, nights, or holidaysBenefits:100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicineProfit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan availablePaid state license fees and additional paid time off plus annual reimbursement for continuing educationGenerous PTO, 8 paid holidays, uniform allowance, and much more!As a Dental Hygienist, your tasks will include:Updating patient records, conducting X-ray procedures, charting, and preparing exam toolsProviding periodontal care and preventive treatment, performing dental restorative procedures, performing expanded functions, and administering anesthesiaEducating patients on oral hygiene, assisting in infection control, and participating in dental education program development along with other assigned tasksMinimum Qualifications:Graduation from a Dental Hygiene schoolActive WA state Dental Hygiene licenseCPR certification within 90 days of employmentBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (level 10 to receive bilingual differential pay)Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts.Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative proceduresAbility to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all agesEffective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlinesHigh level of dexterity and coordinationBasic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelOur mission celebrates diversity.
