Content Entry SpecialistPosition Overview Our client is a well-known university, and they are seeking a Freelance Content Entry Strategist with Copywriting Skills Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing existing and net new content (both copy and graphics), making editorial updates to grammar/style and flagging issues such as hyperlinks or graphics to update
- QA migrated content to ensure copy is consistent with the style guide and making edits where needed
- Ensure formatting is cohesive
- Manually migrate both net new and exisiting content from the existing website to the new CMS which is in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Author, edit, optimize, and publish AEM pages
- Work through all requests using Asana.
- Ensure pages are created according to specifications with high-quality presentation and error-free content.
- Ensure assets are saved in the AEM media library using assigned practices for title, captions, alt text, description, and file naming conventions.
- Add tagging and metadata to content when needed.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Content Entry specifically using Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience working through Asana for tasks.
- Project experience in large production and data entry work.
- Familiarity with the use of taxonomy/metadata/tagging for CMS
- Experience with multimedia asset management, including video and audio
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills. - Highly organized with experience trafficking a high volume of assets
