Marketing Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our clients team. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in managing marketing strategies for individual franchisees and collaborating with marketing agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage marketing initiatives for the companys franchise locations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and report on SEO performance using tools such as SEMRush and BrightLocal, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement.
- Support lead generation efforts through platforms like LinkedIn and utilize Google scraping techniques to organize and maintain targeted lists.
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana and Basecamp to coordinate marketing activities across multiple franchise locations and agency partners.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets to track marketing performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain a strong focus on B2B marketing, leveraging experience with franchise or multi-unit operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on franchise or multi-unit environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and paid media management, with hands-on experience using relevant tools.
- Proficiency in digital advertising and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana and Basecamp.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- MUST be based in Nashville, TN, for this remote role.
Compensation:
- This is a full-time role with a starting compensation package of $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
