Looking for a customer service friendly individual with the ability to multi-task. Hotel front desk experience is a must. Fosse PMS experience is a plus. Basic tasks required:

- Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members, Enroll new Marriott Bonvoy members
- Maintain excellent Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation guest surveys
- verify payment methods and pay attention to rate codes
- ability to create a welcoming experience upon a guest arrival
- handle guest disputes with ease and professionalism
- ability to work with co-workers as a team
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- 7a-3p, 3p-11p shifts are available
- Weekends and Weekday shifts available
