Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and map them to SAP functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed assessments of the current SAP Sales Cloud environment, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
Functional Design and Documentation:
- Create comprehensive business blueprints that outline functional solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Develop process flow diagrams and flow mappings that define interconnections between SAP modules, ensuring effective integration.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, including user stories and specifications, ensuring the system design supports business needs.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment in the SAP design.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure functional designs are feasible and scalable.
Project Delivery and Leadership:
- Lead the functional design component of SAP Sales Cloud implementation projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
- Oversee testing efforts, including functional testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that the solution meets business requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor the effectiveness of the implemented SAP solution and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with SAP Sales and Service Cloud developments and suggest potential upgrades or enhancements.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer/C4C).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering functional assessments, business blueprints, and process flow mappings in complex SAP environments.
- Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud.
- Ideally, experience with SAP Sales Could V2 and integration with other SAP modules (SAP Services, SAP FSM, Qualtrics, etc).
- Proficiency in functional design, process mapping, and blueprint creation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
