Allstates Consulting Services is looking for experienced Tower Climbers and Tower Foreman for Direct Hire opportunities in the Detroit MI market. These are full-time W2 positions with access to very competitive pay and benefits. Offers steady work with a good work/life balance. Monday to Friday work and off most weekends if work is local. Must be willing to do the occasional 2 to 3 weeks out if work load dictates. Company Paid Per diem.The work is primarily L&A work. But some Raw land, Civil, Microwave, light Mod's or maintenance and tiger team type work is possible. You will be expected to perform as part of a tower team, so being able to get along within a team setting is a must. Everyone must pass a criminal background check, MVR check and Drug screen before starting work. All Foreman and Top Hands must possess a valid and insurable Drivers License. We have some leeway on Tech 1 and Tech II Climbers without a valid drivers licenses, but please note the final pay offer may reflect that missing requirement. All pay rates are set according to skill set, knowledge, years in industry, current certifications, market and other factors.Company covers the hotel- 2 to a room and pays $55 a day in per diem. $20 to $23 an hour tech 1- Climbers must have 1 to 3 years+ experience.$24 to $28 Tower Tech II Need to have 3 to 5 years+ experience $27 to $30 an hour - Top hands must have 3 to 6 years + experience and recent experience performing as a top hand.Pay for Foreman will be set according to experience and carrier knowledge. Foreman must have 5+ years of experience, the ability to read blueprints, BOM's, SOP's, be computer literate and know JSA's. As a Climber, Top Hand or Foreman you will:
- Honest in all pre hire and employment activities.
- Have an UpToDate resume listing out your wireless construction experience.
- We do expect industry professionals to have basic certs ready for review when requested.
- Must be able to perform all the duties for general construction work to include heavy lifting, moving materials, digging and standing for long periods. Climbing at heights above 500 feet and working at heights for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to act as a member of the team to do whatever is needed to complete the job.
- Be 100% Safety minded.
- Must be able to successfully complete preemployment background consisting of a 7-year criminal records check and 3-to-5-year Motor vehicle record check. Please be aware that Felony and some misdemeanor convictions may not be acceptable. Example: Violence, Sexual Violence, Public Trust or Certain Drug charges.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug screen.
- Must be able to successfully pass all certification training, safety and Technical.
- Must be able to maintain all company issued equipment, vehicles, PPE in a clean and operational state.
