- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Create and maintain client schedules, emphasizing high-quality matches and relationship development.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client activity using the software system.
- Follow up with all client and caregiver issues to ensure resolution.
- Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the software system.
- Increase client loyalty to our client by meeting current client needs.
- Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours and enhance quality care.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with caregivers, clients, and family members.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team.

- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Understanding of and adherence to our client's policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good decision-making skills.
- Discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards.
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily, quarterly, monthly, and yearly work.
- Establish good working relationships with office colleagues, clients, and caregivers.
- Ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods on the telephone.

- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
