Job Description :
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the entire upkeep and maintenance at the Little Rock manufacturing plant delivering high quality product to our customer. This responsibility must value safety, quality, cost effectiveness, operation efficiency and be customer focused .You will report directly to the Plant Manager at our Little Rock plant and provide customer level service to the manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and evaluations for maintenance staff; Conduct maintenance training and foster a continuous improvement culture.
  • Improve the use of maintenance resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Propose improvements and changes in maintenance procedures to improve quality, safety, service, efficiency, of plant equipment;
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and equipment upgrades.
  • Recommend investments in new equipment or technologies to improve maintenance effectiveness.
  • Place orders for spare parts and equipment for replacement and ascertaining the proper documentation;
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize disruptions and improve maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain the CMMS software and evolve preventive maintenance requirements to increase run-rate efficiency.
  • Develop, institute, and maintain a total production maintenance program.
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks, site projects, contractors, inspections, and equipment upgrades.
  • Optimize the utilization of maintenance resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and adhere to the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintenance metrics.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
  • Associate's degree or maintenance technical certification with concentration in engineering field or similar.
  • Technical/electrical/automation background in manufacturing and preventive/predictive maintenance experience;
  • Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
  • Preferred certifications in electrical and mechanical systems
