Looking for trained and experienced homemakers, companions, CNAs, HHAs, PCTs to help seniors in t heir home. Aides MUST have formal training in basic care and dementia to be considered. Aides must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to get to and from assignments.

Job Requirements
* State CNA certification or CHHA certification or equivalent training and experience REQUIRED
* High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance, clean driving record REQUIRED
* PPD or chest X-ray showing you are clear of tuberculosis REQUIRED
* Ability to get reliably to and from assignments by car in weather conditions common for our area.
* Ability to effectively communicate via phone, in person, and in writing.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
* Ability to access Always Best Care systems online via computer or smart phone a plus.

Summary
Our caregivers make living safely and independently possible for our clients. Our employees have a minimum of three years of experience care giving, excellent communication skills, personal care experience with seniors and a disposition for working with seniors. The main function of the caregivers is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure, professional manner which meets their needs. Caregivers help assist with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, incontinence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, keeping the home safe and clean, as well as the overall supervision of the clients' physical and mental well-being.
