You excel at thinking both strategically and operationally, partnering with senior leadership and front line employees to align people strategies with business goals. Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment, you possess a strong understanding of employment legislation and best people practices across regions. You are a client- and stakeholder-focused professional with exceptional relationship-building skills, adept at partnering with stakeholders both remotely and in person.As a Senior People Partner, you will play a key role in providing both strategic and operational support to leadership and individual contributor teams. You will work closely with business leaders to influence decision-making and drive business results through people-focused strategies.What you'll be doing:
- Strategic People Partner Support: Act as a trusted strategic partner to leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Provide end-to-end People Partner support for multiple business areas to ensure the business is equipped to achieve its goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and regionally in a global, matrixed environment. Collaborate with leadership teams to drive effectiveness and build management capabilities. Influence leadership through data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.
- Coaching and Leadership Development: Act as a coach and advisor to regional leadership teams. Enable leadership effectiveness by helping to set and manage expectations while promoting and developing management capabilities.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation. Advise on and modify global policies and processes to fit local needs.
- People Programs & Initiatives: Lead and participate in people programs and initiatives in partnership with the broader People Partner and People Experience teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage HR data and analytics to influence strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. Analyze trends to provide insights and recommend solutions for people-related challenges.
- Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure smooth implementation of changes that impact teams and the overall business.What you'll have:
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid-to-large-sized multinational company, partnering with Go-to-Market teams. A total of 9+ years of overall HR or related work experience.
- Coaching Expertise: Qualified coach or demonstrated experience in coaching leaders and managers to improve effectiveness.
- Global Perspective: Demonstrated experience in scaling a business regionally or internationally, with a solid understanding of employment laws and best practices across different regions.
- Project Management: Strong project and program management experience, with the ability to lead people-related initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business, or related fields, or relevant experience that demonstrates your ability to influence business outcomes through people and leadership development.About your Skills
