Job Description :

Anglin Reichmann Armstrong is seeking an HR Consultant, who will play a dynamic role supporting multiple clients' specific needs as it relates to human resources and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with extensive HR experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact on multiple organizations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures for assigned clients.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and offer solutions to address challenges.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support the operations of HR departments across multiple clients (outsourced HR)
  • Support the design and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and offer insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide support with Business Development.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Support payroll through multiple HRIS platforms (ADP, GovCon Pay, iSolved, UKG, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • HRIS Experience desired.
