About the role We are looking to add an Operations Supervisor to our growing Operations Department. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of the operations team to ensure efficient and effective workflow. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring processes, implementing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Operations Supervisor works closely with other departments to optimize productivity, improve operational efficiency, and meet performance targets. They are also responsible for training and developing team members, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This on-site position is based at our Corsicana, TX facility. Essential Functions
