Come join our growing Global Talent Management team!We're looking for a Director of Performance Management who will drive our performance management strategy to continuously evolve how we evaluate, develop, and invest in our talent. In this role, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of performance management strategies that are aligned with our organizational objectives and future of work vision. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work cross-functionally with COEs, Employee Success partners, business partners, and Technology teams to build industry leading performance processes that leverage the latest advancements in AI and technology. You will oversee performance programs from strategy to execution, ensuring we identify, measure, and differentiate performance in meaningful ways that enhance employee growth, engagement, and impact.What You'll Do:Strategic Leadership & Program Development: Build and lead the end-to-end performance management strategy, including our goal setting approach, Quarterly Check-Ins, and Performance Evaluations. Align performance processes with broader talent management objectives to meet current and future business needs. Drive AI integration and technological innovation in performance processes.Technology and AI Integration: Partner with Technology teams to implement innovative, AI-powered solutions that improve performance management processes, deliver actionable insights, and enhance the employee experience.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of performance management professionals. Foster a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to innovate, grow, and deliver results that support company and talent management objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across People Analytics, Equality, Rewards, Learning and Development, Legal, Employee Relations, Talent Leads, Business Partners, Tech/Product, Operations, Communications, Change Management, and leadership teams to ensure performance programs are relevant, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Act as a thought leader and advisor to leadership on performance strategy and its impact on company culture. Be the face of Performance with the Business.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics and story-telling to provide insights and measure success. Make data-driven recommendations that inform key decisions and drive continuous improvement.Change Adoption: Develop and implement change management and communication plans to ensure successful program adoption.
