Summary of Position: The inventory control coordinator is responsible for inventory related reporting and coordination
of physical inventories at the GA facility.
Functions of the Position: % of Time Essential/
Marginal
* Utilizes a computer-based system to monitor and run
production-related transactions reports. 40% Essential
* Conducts daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy 20% Essential
* Handles additional inventory control duties as required. 20% Marginal
* Performs data entry functions. 15% Essential
* Works on special projects as needed. 5% Marginal
* Responsible for manufacturing, distributing and consistently maintaining safe
and quality food by following current good manufacturing practices,
allergen/sanitation controls, food defense/food fraud, HACCP/FSMA, SQF, and
regulatory requirements.
* Aware and accountable for maintaining and documenting preventative controls
necessary to ensure food safety and quality.
* Responsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to
management.
* Responsible for partnering with others, sharing knowledge, skills, and
information within assigned team and across functional areas.
* Responsible for enhancing technical and functional competencies, as well as
professional and leadership development.
* Responsible for compliance with all safety policies and procedures established
for health and workplace safety.
* Responsible for supporting safety culture by practicing safe work behaviors,
reporting potential hazards and conducting safety observations as assigned.

Qualifications
* Education, Experience, and Knowledge:
o High School Education or equivalent.
o One plus years of experience in a general office or shipping /receiving environment
performing data entry tasks.
o Inventory control experience preferred.
* Skills and Competencies:
o Solid math aptitude.
o Ability to enter data accurately.
o Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Job Specific Requirements:
This position is subject to mandatory overtime based on business needs.
In the event that the Inventory Control Coordinator is absent, the Department Supervisor is responsible
for providing an equally qualified person to cover this position.
