Family living on Upper East Side, New York looking to hire a family assistant/nanny for their family of four. (This position is long term for the months of September-June approximately- the children go to overnight camp so no assistance is needed during the Summer weeks) The Ideal Candidate: Is someone who is able to come and help the family with the afternoon/evening life with older children. Your afternoon may be helping get children to activities, picking them up from school, assisting with homework- (must be comfortable with middle school work), prepping dinner, laundry, assuring children are getting ready for bed. help keep home tidy, etc. What Works Best for Family: This person should be self sufficient, organized, and excited to work in a home with children. It is extremely important to have education/knowledge to assist with homework.
