If so, this is the role for you.As Display Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-range planning process is converted into a usable manufacturing forecast and supply plan to facilitate an effective decision-making process.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and lead all key performance indicators for managing the performance of Vaccine distribution planning and ensure that associated governance is in place
- Support requests from other departments requiring distribution planning resources
- Represent the distribution planning department and participate in global projects and lead departmental improvement projects
- Lead complex distribution incident investigations to determine corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze processes to identify gaps, propose improvements and implement cross distribution planning
- Ensure that financial activities are performed by the operational team
- Develop and provide all reporting needs to manage the operations
- Ensure that all connections and interfaces with stakeholders are in place
- Identify and analyze distribution plan variances as well as reporting and root cause removals
- Monitor the accuracy of master data necessary to run the global distribution plan and escalate issues
- Responsible for full business analysis of distribution planning and opportunities, providing excellent information reporting to the leadership team
- Act as a change agent in the organization
- Point of contact for external manufacturing to ensure the implementation of key projects
- Responsible to build and monitor the right key performance indicators
- Support employees and specialist in each area to build a governance and define action plans
Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging or related field
- 5+ years' experience with marketing, distribution or supply chain in a CPG environment
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- APICS Certification, Black or Green Belt
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to simplify complex processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems
- Sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability
- Enterprise thinker (end-to-end supply orientation, cross functional team spirit, sharing of good practices within the network)
- Proven planning and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and drive change
