Job Description :

Gartner is a growth company and a people business, which means our HR organization is critical to our business success. Our People Analytics teams have deep business, process and data expertise. We develop insights, consult with leaders, and build and maintain innovative data and analytics products. Our mission is to drive business and associate outcomes to support Gartner's growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of business unit-aligned analytics leaders who consult with HR and business leaders, using insights about our people and processes to improve hiring, retention and productivity outcomes for their business.

  • Lead a team of subject matter analytics experts who support, improve and scale our processes while working closely with BU-aligned consultant teams to solve near-term business problems.

  • Guide our data strategy, in collaboration with IT, to enable real-time analytics, insights and visualizations across global internal and external talent ecosystems.

  • Develop innovative products by using data, insights and advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to improve business, economic and associate experience results.

  • Operationalize successful products for scale, transitioning pilots from local innovation ‘labs' to a global business ‘factory' to drive consistent effectiveness, experiences and efficiency of teams and products.

  • Relentlessly prioritize across all teams to ensure resources are aligned with most critical business needs.

  • Manage People Analytics as a business, establishing success metrics and regular management reviews to drive business outcomes, improve associate experience and support economic priorities.

What you'll need:

  • 15+ years of experience, preferably working in both corporate and client-facing roles driving business results through the development of analytical insights and strong consultative delivery.

  • Strong business and analytical acumen, with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex central functions.

  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, including leadership agility to quickly prioritize across teams and deliver on immediate business results while driving progress on key long-term priorities.
