Bluehawk is actively seeking a Mid-level Program Manager (PM) to work primarily at DCSA headquarters, Stafford, VA, and occasionally at regional field office locations as requested by DCSA.

*** This position is contingent upon award.***

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall performance of the work.
• Attend quarterly meetings with the KO, COR, and other government personnel to review performance.
• Act on behalf of the company for all matters relating to daily operations of the contract.
• Coordinate directly with the COR and Chief of EV.
• Coordinate performance planning, training, targets, and results.
• Consult and coordinate with the COR for any proposed alternate work schedules.

Qualifications:

Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Bachelors Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. Minimum of 10 years of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
