Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Company parties Adminstrator / Supervisory Nurse Job Description: Executes 30/60 day supervisory field visits in accordance with MN Board of Nursing regulations Supervises caregivers in home activity in accordance with MN Board of Nursing regulationsConducts intakes for company with new clients Conducts re-assessments and update care plans as needed Provides triage and on call support for clients when needed Supports caregiver training initiatives combining traditional in service & our proprietary online Caregiver University MARS/TARS creation and implementation Safety in the workplaceReport problem areas to company superiorsEducation, Experience and Certifications: Current MN RN license in good standing MN Strong assessment and organizational skills. Current Driver's License and Insured Automobile, ability to travel dailyKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Conveys professionalism and is comfortable interacting with clients, their families and referral sources. Must be able to function with autonomously, multi-task, problem solve and make decisions on a timely basis.
