Join our innovative team at Luxshare-ICT, where you'll be a pivotal member in leading new project acquisitions and maintaining existing projects in the most advanced Consumer Electronics market, with primary focus on the commercial aspect. We're located in Milpitas, CA, offering a spacious and comfortable office environment, and a supportive as well as talented Engineering and Operations team. Our goal is to provide our employees with a rewarding and motivating workspace. Occasional travel to China may be required, but won't be overly frequent.

Responsibilities:

• Key Account Management: You'll be the primary contact for key accounts, responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Cost Analysis: Analyze the cost structure of each quotation request, with a keen eye for cost breakdown (CBD). Your independent thinking will be crucial in handling various situations
• Contract Management: Take charge of interpreting and assessing risks in customer contracts
• Client Engagement: Host meetings with customers, showcasing our company's capabilities and capacities, and engaging in commercial negotiations
• New Project Development: Demonstrate initiative in new project development and conduct thorough market analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or a related business field
• Requires 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, with a focus on lead generation, quotation and commercial negotiation
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities
• Experience in molding/tooling is a plus
• Proven track record as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
• Proficiency in Chinese is required
