Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be part of the Service Sales organization supporting the EMEA/APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: $19.29 per hour What's the Job?
- Generate and deliver service renewal quotations ensuring renewal quotation deadlines are met.
- Make effective use of Analytics and OSS systems by retrieving data and running installation base reports to research accounts and uncover new opportunities.
- Track quoting for metrics.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer information is maintained in the database systems.
- Undertake any other duties required to assist in the successful operation of the department.
What's Needed?
- College degree preferred.
- 2 years + experience in sales support processes.
- Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases.
- Experience SAP S4 and Siebel systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work as a team player.
