As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in managing materials, keeping inventory organized, and preparing flooring products for our subcontracted installers.

Job Overview: The key responsibilities of this role include driving a forklift, receiving & processing different flooring materials, inventory control, and loading material onto the vehicles of our subcontracted flooring installers. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be reliable, punctual and dedicated. He or she wants to be part of a fun and hard-working warehouse team that plays a key role in our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and unload flooring materials from trucks.
- Measure, cut, and label flooring products for orders.
- Prepare and load subcontractor vehicles with materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform inventory control activities.
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional deliveries using company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Basic math skills to measure products accurately.
- Experience with inventory control, receiving, and cycle counts.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities.
- Forklift certification is a plus (not required).
Note: Delivery duties may require driving a company vehicle. A clean driving record and passing an MVR background check are required.
