Job SummaryParaeducator: Under the direction and supervision of the site administrator, provides a variety of support services for teachers and students in special education (Moderate to Severe) and general education classroom settings, including, but not limited to: Special Day classes, tutoring, clerical, preparation of materials and record keeping. Needs of some students, including personal hygiene and activities of daily living, may be specific and require additional training. Job duties may be performed in settings outside of the traditional school settings. Position will be at either Weaverville Elementary or Trinity High School.Requirements / Qualifications
