Beechwood Sales & Service has an excellent opportunity as an Office Administrator. This position is a full-time, administrative role which works closely with the analyst team and provides valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry.The typical hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, this position is onsite at our New Berlin location. We are looking for an analytical and organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team. This is an excellent entry level role for recent Business related BA graduates. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greeting all callers, properly redirecting calls, and screening calls
  • Greeting guests and making guests feel welcome
  • Assist employees and customers with general inquiries
  • Drafting company correspondence
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and mass mailings
  • Assist with management of intra-company website
  • Assist with management of department expenditures
  • Establish new customer accounts and maintain account files
  • Build ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Track and summarize competitive activity
  • Develop presentations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Essential Job Requirements:
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
